Posted on August 9th, 2009 by Author

Almost everyone loves pizza... including children!
When made with healthy ingredients, it can be the perfect food. Try chopping up vegetables very finely and "hiding" them under the cheese. Or let your children help make their own pizza in a toaster oven with English muffins, tomato paste, chopped veggies and low-fat cheese. Make "pizza night" a fun, family experience!

Grease 14 inch deep dish pizza pan 2 inches deep. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about a 14 inch circle. Fit dough into pan, using your hands. Press it against sides of pan. Cover with sauce, Mozzarella cheese and whatever you like. Bake 25 to 30 minutes on lowest rack until crust is golden brown.”
